I recently had a delightful stay at this hotel in Aachen. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, going out of their way to ensure our stay was enjoyable. The location of the hotel suited me perfectly as it was close to the city center and the train station. The rooms were modern, clean, and comfortable, with attention given to little design details. The breakfast provided in the entrance to the hotel was excellent, with a wide variety of choices and well-presented. I highly recommend this hotel for its great service, convenient location, and comfortable rooms.

There was nothing to complain about, everything was ok.

We had a late check-in and the receptionist kindly waited for us. We were pleasantly surprised to find complimentary fruit and sparkling water in our room. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were clean. The staff went above and beyond in accommodating our strange schedule. They even came back after their shift ended to let us retrieve our suitcase. we had a great stay at Bensons Hotel. I highly recommend it.
